What are pallet delivery note pouches?
Delivery note pouches for pallets are the robust variant for industrial shipping and freight forwarding. They have to withstand extreme conditions: splash water, temperature fluctuations, mechanical stress from forklift handling, wind and weather in freight yards. Standard delivery note pouches tear off quickly in industrial shipping; pallet variants are specially designed for this.
In industrial shipping and freight forwarding they are the standard for consignment notes, customs documents, delivery papers and CMR consignment notes. They are stuck directly onto the pallet (or onto the stretch film around the pallet) and contain all shipping-relevant documents visibly and weather-protected.
Our range of pallet delivery note pouches covers the standard industrial format: typically DIN A5 or DIN A4 with extra thick LDPE film (90–120 microns) and extra-strong adhesive. On request, printed with “Consignment note”, “CMR” or “Customs documents”.

What is the difference between pallet and standard delivery note pouches?
Pallet variants are extra robust: thicker film (90–120 microns), extra-strong adhesive, sometimes with a tear edge for easy opening. Indispensable for industrial shipping under rough conditions.
Do the adhesives hold on stretch film?
Yes, our pallet adhesives bond to smooth stretch films and cardboard surfaces without problems. For extreme cases (very smooth films, extreme cold) we offer extra-strong variants.
Are the pouches weatherproof?
Yes, fully waterproof and temperature-resistant from -20 to +60 °C. No problem for outdoor storage in freight yards.
Which DIN size is standard?
DIN A5 for compact delivery papers, DIN A4 for detailed consignment notes and CMR.
Are the pouches available with language-specific printing?
Yes, multilingual prints (German/English/French) for international freight forwarding are available.
How many pouches per carton?
Typically 500–1,000 pieces per carton.
Do the adhesives hold at very low temperatures?
Yes, our standard adhesives are cold-resistant down to -20 °C. For cold-store logistics (-25 °C or colder) we offer special adhesives.
Are sustainable pallet variants available?
Yes, PCR-recycled films are available. An important option for industrial brands with ESG reporting.
Can the pouches be printed with a logo?
Yes, custom printing with a brand logo, standard consignment-note prints or CMR logos.
Which run size makes sense?
Standard goods from one carton, custom printing from larger runs. For high-frequency freight forwarding customers we recommend call-off quantities.
Are the pouches UV-resistant?
For medium-term outdoor storage (weeks) without problems. For extreme long-term UV exposure there are UV-stabilised films.
How does adhesive performance differ?
Standard adhesive: 6–12 months on cardboard surfaces. Extra-strong adhesive: 12–24 months, even under stress. Preferable for long storage logistics.
