Ich bin B2B-Kunde, wie kann ich einkaufen?
To be able to shop as a B2B customer, a one-time registration via the B2B registration form is required. You can then log in with your email address (login at the top right, person icon). You no longer need a password; we will send you a one-time code by email.

Wie kann ich Staffelpreise sehen?
Volume prices are only visible to B2B customers when logged in. This requires a one-time registration via the B2B registration form. You can then log in with the email address you used (login at the top right, person icon) and see the volume prices.
Can I shop with volume prices as a B2C customer as well?
As a B2C customer it is not possible to shop with volume prices. A valid VAT identification number is required.
I clicked by mistake. How can I switch between B2C and B2B?
To switch between B2C and B2B, click on the red-framed B2C/B2B field at the top right in the header area of the shop. A window will then open in which you can switch.

Gibt es einen Mindestbestellwert?
In unserem Onlineshop gibt es keinen Mindestbestellwert.
How long is the delivery time?
If the order is placed by 2 p.m., the order is dispatched on the day of the order. Delivery by DPD can take 1–5 days.

Wie kann ich meine Bestellung nachverfolgen?
After the first scan by our parcel service provider, you will receive a tracking number by email. The tracking number is at the same time assigned to the respective order in your customer account under "Orders". Here you can track the current status of your order at any time.
Is express delivery possible?
If you place an order by 12:00 noon, we can deliver by the next day with the DPD Express guarantee. We charge €14.95 during the checkout process. There is no free-shipping threshold for express deliveries.

Was bedeutet my / mµ?
my or mµ stands for the unit micron, which corresponds to 1/1000 mm.
The material thickness, e.g. of films, is given in microns: a greater thickness corresponds to higher load-bearing capacity and tear resistance.
What is an adhesion seal?
This closure replaces the alternative version with postal clips.
To use it, peel off the release strip and stick the flap onto the transparent film located on the back of the bubble mailer.
This allows the mailer to be resealed, which is also required for a goods consignment or book consignment with Deutsche Post.
