Stand-up pouches with zip – also called resealable doypacks, stand-up pouches with press-to-close zip or reseal pouches – combine the standing doypack form with an integrated zip profile along the top. The pouch can be opened and resealed tightly as often as you like – typically 500+ cycles without any noticeable loss of seal integrity.

The zip closure consists of two profiles that interlock when pressed together. Unlike classic ziplock bags (flat form), the stand-up variant additionally has the doypack bottom gusset for standing POS presentation.

Essential for consumer storage: muesli, coffee, tea, spices and dried fruits are taken out in portions, while the rest stays aroma-safe and moisture-protected. Considerably more convenient than pouches without a zip (resealed with a bag clip).

Material: composite film with aroma inner barrier (aluminum or PA/PE). Certified in accordance with EU 10/2011. Declaration of conformity on request.

Consumer convenience: Repeated opening and resealing without separate aids. Practically usable in the kitchen cupboard over weeks. A decisive convenience feature for consumers.

Aroma retention after first use: High-quality zip closures stay tight – after first use the aroma stays at premium level for 4–6 weeks (with aluminum inner). Considerably better than pouches without a zip.

High-impact at POS: Consumers prefer clearly resealable packaging. A visible zip closure is a selling signal. Faced with comparable products, the customer reaches for the zip variant. It costs a little more per pouch, but pays for itself through a higher margin.
